Our reception is open 7 days a week from 7:30 to 12:30 and from 17:30 to 20:00. For arrivals or departures outside these hours please contact us by phone or email.

We organize for our guests a transfer service to and from the airports of Linate, Bergamo Orio al Serio, Malpensa, as well as for the railway stations of Milan.

A free WIFI service in fiber-optic quality is available throughout the hotel. In the rooms it is also possible to connect directly with ethernet cable.

At the reception desk you can print your travel tickets or important documents for free.

Upon request, we offer a free camping cot in the room for children under 4 years of age. Only on reservation, for children and adults, it is possible to have an extra bed available for some rooms.

In the rooms a telephone is available to communicate with another guest or with the reception.

The animals, if well-behaved, are welcome and can accompany you in your stay!

We offer a free luggage storage service for the day, so you can visit the city even on your departure day in comfort.

It is possible to request a taxi call to reach your destination in the city or outside.

We offer a breakfast service in collaboration with Caffé Zucchi, in Piazza San Paolo. In addition each room has a kettle with tea and coffee for an in-room breakfast.

On request it is possible to have a laundry and cleaning service. Minimum 24 hours required. Also available iron and ironing board.

We offer our guests some books in Italian and English, both in reception and inside the rooms.

At the entrance are always available courtesy umbrellas to be used as needed.
