INFO ACCOMODATION POST COVID-19
Dear guests, our lives and our way of relating to others have recently been changed by the spread of Coronavirus.

The return to normal will be gradual and  as hospitality operators, we have adapted to the new reality and make your stay safe!

We are committed to observing and strictly enforcing the anti-Covid19 measures in line with the National "safe accomodation" protocol developed by Federalberghi so that everyone's behavior allows us to overcome this phase.


• We have activated the “web Check-inmode, requesting guests to enter their data through the appropriate online registration form on our official website. It is also possible to send the photo of your documents by mobile phone via e-mail or whatsapp;

• There is the possibility to self-check with zero contacts with the reception. Our domotic automation technology allows the management of door opening from remote and with electronic keys.


• While maintaining the friendliness that distinguishes us, we will keep the right distance with the guests;

• The staff will wear masks and gloves;

• A plexiglass barrier is installed at the Recepion counter;

• To avoid gatherings and reduce the time spent in the reception area, guests are required to communicate identity documents, company data for invoices etc...., through our website as ndicated above ;

• A gel hand station is installed in the Hall.


• Breakfast is served next to our building at the Caffè Zucchi, which also has a large area of outdoor tables;

• You can ask the staff to prepare a tray for a takeaway breakfast, that you can bring and enjoy in your room;

• In addition to the mini bar, our rooms also have a kettle to prepare tea or coffee independently.


• Before the arrival of new guests, the rooms are carefully disinfected, sanitized and aired;

• Sheets, pillowcases and towels are sanitized and supplied in sealed packages by our laundry with UNI EN 14065 european certified procedure;

• Objects, handles, buttons and remote controls are sanitized with specific products;

• The air conditioning filters system undergo frequent sanitization and controls.


• Customers must respect the social distance with our staff and with other guests present in the hotel;

• they must compulsorily bring the mask in the common areas;

• they undertake not to create gatherings;

• they can use the lift only individually or by family or they can use the stairs.
